Drop Down Menus
From the main screen the drop down menus offer easy access to many fuctions. For example, the Recent drop down menu displays the last ten clients that were accessed by a particular user. This feature makes it easy to locate recently worked on clients. Here is a list of the Drop Down Menus:
- Search - Find a client with advanced search mechanism including SoundEx
- Recent - Displays last ten clients
- Worklist - List of clients tagged to be worked on
- Reports - Launch the reports screen and select a report to view
- Templates - Launch the templates screen and select a template to view
- Add-Ons - Special utilities for individual Departments
- Utilities - Handy utilities, like Send Email, Launch programs, Voice Recorder
- Internet - Store your favorites and take them with you anywhere you login
- Window - Arrange windows to work on multiple screens at the same time
- Help - On-line help system is available at any time
- Log Off - Log off the system
